In commemoration of the 250th year of the passing of the Ba'al Shem Tov, the Yeshivah Gedolah of Melbourne published a special kovetz.
The publication, entitled 'Ner Hashem Nishmas Adam,' contains stories about the Ba'al Shem Tov, selections from "Kesser Shem Tov", sichos of the Rebbe and Frierdiker Rebbe about the Ba'al Shem Tov, and much more.
Published by the College's Vaad Lahafatzas Hamayanos, the booklet was distributed throughout the Anash community of Melbourne.
The booklet is also a part of a recently launched city-wide mivtza (campaign), to encourage at least 5 minutes a day studying the works of the Ba'al Shem Tov.
Participants include students of Yeshivah Gedolah, the Mesivtah, Kollel, Smicha program, and a vast majority of Anash members and shluchim throughout the city.
